Yaron Kaneti

Yaron serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Sygnia. He brings over 20 years of experience as a senior finance, cross- functional business partner in global growing private and publicly traded companies from various industries mainly in High-tech organizations.

As a seasoned finance executive, Yaron has led high-impact M&A transactions, fundraising rounds, and IPO preparations, enabling organizations to scale rapidly and unlock shareholder value. His expertise spans financial strategy, due diligence, investor relations, and post-merger integration, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Yaron has led the whole spectrum of finance domains including Accounting, FP&A, International Tax Planning & compliance, Treasury including investments and debt, Risk Management and optimizations of processes and Information systems.
Yaron has developed & implemented a multi year plan of finance organizational and functional structure connected to growth.
Before joining Sygnia, Yaron held senior Finance leadership roles at CrazyLabs, RRsat & Taboola where he played a key role in the expansion of the company from 200 to 1800 employees, extended multinational operations from 3 to 20 countries & reached a turnover of above $1 billion.
Yaron holds a BA in Economics & Accounting and MBA in Financial Management, both from Ben Gurion University.
