Shoham Simon

Shoham Simon serves as the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) at Sygnia, the foremost global cyber readiness and response team dedicated to applying creative approaches and battle-tested solutions to help organizations defeat attackers and stay secure.

Prior to this role, Simon served as Sygnia’s Vice President of Incident Response, where he led the company’s global response efforts, helping organizations navigate and recover from critical cyber incidents.

With over two decades of experience in cybersecurity, AI-driven defense strategies, and large-scale cyber operations, Simon leads a global team of experts and consultants specializing in incident response, threat hunting, and cyber resilience. His team partners with organizations to proactively prepare for and rapidly respond to cyber threats, leveraging deep technical expertise, strategic insight, and innovative solutions to set new industry standards in cyber defense.

Before joining Sygnia, Simon held senior leadership positions in Israeli Military Intelligence, including serving as Head of Big Data and AI for the IDF’s Central and Southern Commands, and leading cyber and data analysis branches within Unit 8200. He also played a key role in the General Staff’s Innovation Incubator, driving the adoption of advanced technologies to enhance national security. His career has been defined by his ability to bridge technology and strategy, enabling organizations to stay ahead of evolving threats.

Simon holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Economics & Management Information Systems from the University of Haifa. He is a recognized leader in cyber innovation and data-driven security strategies.
