Shimrit Hoffman

Shimrit serves as Chief People Officer (CPO) at Sygnia. She brings over 25 years of experience in global high-tech organizations, with deep expertise across all facets of human resources including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and retention, organizational development, and leadership consulting.

As a seasoned HR executive, Shimrit has led complex organizational transformations in dynamic, multinational environments. She has partnered closely with managers and employees to build strong organizational cultures, develop talent, and drive business growth. Throughout her career, she has successfully led HR teams across multiple geographies.

Before joining Sygnia, Shimrit held senior HR leadership roles at Investing.com, SolarEdge, Sapiens, VeriFone and Check Point, where she played a key role in shaping people strategies and supporting company scale-up efforts.

Shimrit holds a master’s degree in human resources from Tel Aviv University.
