Kobi Shetret

Kobi Shetret serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Sygnia, the premier global cyber readiness and response team helping organizations fortify resilience, respond to crises, and stay ahead of evolving threats.

In his role, Kobi is responsible for formulating and executing Sygnia’s growth strategy, leading the company’s strategic finance, M&A, and cross-company strategic initiatives, as well as the formation of new commercial partnerships. He plays a key role in driving Sygnia’s long-term expansion and advancing its global leadership in cybersecurity services.

With over eight years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate law, and strategy, Kobi brings a multidisciplinary perspective to corporate development and value creation. Prior to joining Sygnia, he served as an Investment Banker at Houlihan Lokey, a leading global mid-market advisory firm, where he managed complex M&A and capital-raising transactions for high-profile technology companies, with a particular focus on the Israeli and broader technology ecosystem.

Earlier in his career, Kobi practiced M&A and Banking & Finance law at Gornitzky & Co., one of Israel’s leading law firms, advising financial institutions and technology companies on strategic transactions.

Kobi holds a dual degree in Law and Finance from Reichman University, and brings a proven track record of bridging finance, strategy, and technology to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
